Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution, carrying out security procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of banking facilities, entrances, parking areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures with a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations using armed response protocols and report activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain documentation related to patrols, incidents and observations.
