Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced in Balch Springs, TX. You will maintain security at a designated site with a fixed anchor shift and have the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas Level III Armed Certification, 2+ years of security experience, and a high school diploma. CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with access control and badges is preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of financial institution locations including interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Carry authorized equipment per laws and site policies.
