Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security-related procedures on site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter.
• Enforce site rules and protect assets and information.
• Maintain proficiency with protective equipment and weapons as trained.
• Greet and assist guests and employees; escort visitors when needed.
• Follow site manuals and report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
• Respond to alarms and act as first responder, providing first aid as necessary.
