Responsibilities

• Assist customers with directions and store information.
• Monitor activity to deter theft and safety hazards and enforce policies.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of store and parking areas.
• Respond to emergencies and disturbances prioritizing safety.
• Prepare accurate incident and investigative reports.
• Coordinate with management and law enforcement when needed.
• Maintain firearm proficiency and licensing in compliance with state regulations.
• 8-9 hour shifts; standing and walking required.
