Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in security/public safety or customer service.

• FOID card from Illinois; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide security with a customer-service approach while following policies and training.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas to identify hazards and ensure safety; manage patient valuables and conduct searches.
• Assist patients, visitors and staff with information, directions, and safety concerns; enforce rules and respond to incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and workplace violence; de-escalate situations and use force when necessary.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders; complete timely incident reports.
