Responsibilities

• Provides security services with a customer-service approach, focusing on professionalism, fairness, and compassion.
• Inspires confidence in patients, visitors, and team members by presenting a professional appearance and demeanor; complies with safety rules.
• Patrols interior and exterior areas to identify hazards, audits safety measures, and assists with directions and information.
• Responds to emergencies, de-escalations, and incidents; may use force as trained (CEW, handcuffing).
• Investigates incidents on Advocate Health property and documents reports; coordinates with leadership.
