Hana Industries, Inc. is recruiting Armed Protective Security Officers (PSO) to join our team at IRS Headquarters in Washington, DC. The role requires background checks, licensing as applicable, and a strong emphasis on lawful entry control and safety.

Qualifications

• Must meet state/county licensing requirements.
• Minimum 2 years armed security experience or 1 year law enforcement experience; or 2 years honorable US armed forces service.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident with honorable discharge.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility and manage visitor entry.
• Respond to emergencies, including armed response per protocol.
• Maintain professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and parking; operate gates and CCTV.
• Document incidents and prepare logs/reports as required.
• Patrol site and check for hazards, security violations, and unauthorized access.
