Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 10 years of law enforcement experience preferred.
• 10 years of military experience may be considered in place of law enforcement experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations, personnel matters, and operational priorities.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive or time-critical situations.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and company onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Monitor staffing levels, post coverage, employee attendance, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and field personnel to resolve scheduling and coverage issues.
• Review operational activity and identify areas for improved service delivery.
• Ensure personnel understand and follow post orders, procedures, and client expectations.
• Address operational issues promptly and enforce policies.
• Build and maintain employee schedules based on contract requirements.
• Monitor overtime, absences, and other labor-related concerns.
• Coordinate coverage when staffing changes occur.
• Track employee performance, attendance, and reliability.
• Support staffing needs with recruiting and operations teams.
• Maintain staffing levels across locations.
