Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors and staff while following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly; document actions per site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of healthcare buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for restricted areas.
• Maintain post equipment and complete incident reports daily and coordinate with leadership.
