Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, substations, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following escalation and reporting protocols.
Maintain required reports and activity logs and handle equipment per policy.
