Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to government facility personnel, visitors, and the public.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as directed.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs of observations and incidents.
