Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting visitors and contractors, reporting irregularities.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
