Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license in accordance with policy requirements.
• Armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Industry-specific security training may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, residents, visitors and authorized personnel per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access to controlled areas, verify credentials and document entries and exits.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following post orders.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs for Allied Universal leadership.
