Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and/or members of the public while carrying out armed security-related procedures at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access to designated areas; verify credentials, screen visitors/vehicles, report unauthorized entries.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities in line with site requirements.
