Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, residents, visitors, and other authorized personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to controlled areas, verify credentials, and document entry/exit of authorized personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports, maintain logs, and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
