Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking an experienced Armed Incident Commander for on-site security at our Silicon Valley client site. You will monitor access, deter threats, and respond to emergencies while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Requirements include Green Security Compliance, DCJS armed guard cards, and successful completion of the SPAT. A strong background in emergency response and report writing is essential, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Green Security Compliance.
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
• Must be 21 years or older per state licensing guidelines.
• Must pass extensive background check and drug screening (5 Panel).
• Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
• Must have a valid DCJS armed guard card and a guard card eligibility to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure environment for clients and guests; monitor areas of responsibility.
• Enforce regulations, directives and policies; provide first-rate customer service and deterrence.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate across departments to support security needs.
• Track and report program performance and compliance per guidelines.
• Perform security patrols and monitor access; respond to emergencies on-site.
• Prepare incident reports and assist employees in a professional manner.
• Attend project meetings to assess security implications of changes.
