Job summary

Surefox North America Inc in San Francisco is seeking an Experienced Armed Incident Commander to join our Bay Area team on a part-time basis. You will coordinate surveillance, threat assessment, access control, emergency dispatch, and on-site security for our Silicon Valley clients, reporting to shift supervisors and area managers.

The role requires a current California CCW license, Exposed Firearms Permit, a BSIS Guard Card or eligibility, a HS diploma, 5+ years of security experience,

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of physical security experience.
• Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card (or eligible) and a BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit (or eligible).
• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required for all ages.
• SPAT (Surefox Physical Agility Test) mandatory before start date.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must live within driving distance of the primary work location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security operations and respond to incidents on-site.
• Coordinate with clients and GSOC during emergencies.
• Maintain frontline security protocols including access control and badge verification.
• Prepare incident reports and document security events.
• Provide professional, discreet protection for clients and visitors.
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making and communication under pressure.
• Ensure compliance with all client policies and state/federal regulations.
