Surefox North America Inc is seeking an experienced full-time Armed Incident Commander to support our Silicon Valley client base. The role focuses on deterrence, emergency response, and enforcing client policies to maintain a safe environment.

You will liaise between Surefox and clients, compile incident reports, and coordinate with supervisors and managers. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong observation, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Green Security Compliance.
• Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old per state licensing guidelines.
• Must be able to pass extensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure environment and monitor areas per client guidance.
• Enforce regulations, directives, and policies while delivering high customer service.
• Develop relationships with clients and facilitate cross‑department collaboration.
• Prepare incident reports and assist staff; attend project meetings as requested.
• Conduct security patrols, monitor entrances/exits, and respond to emergencies.
