Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking an experienced full-time Armed Incident Commander in the Bay Area to lead security operations for Silicon Valley clients, ensuring deterrence, emergency response, and compliance.

You will monitor threats, manage access control, dispatch emergencies, and file incident reports, while maintaining professionalism and client relations. California CCW required; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA preferred.
• Pass extensive background check and drug screening.
• 5+ years of physical security experience.
• Active California CCW license and firearms permits required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess security threats across multiple systems.
• Coordinate emergency dispatch between GSOC and response teams.
• Perform incident reporting and client protection duties.
• Maintain access control and verify credentials on site.
• Prepare reports on accidents and suspicious activities.
