Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Two years of armed security experience is preferred.
• Law enforcement experience and healthcare security experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent security patrols of hospital facilities and grounds.
• Identify and report security trends and recommend actions.
• Take initial information for incident reports with factual, timely documentation.
• Respond promptly to service requests via multiple channels in a courteous and expeditious manner.
• Assist clinical staff with combative patients or visitors as needed.
• Maintain compliance with CHRISTUS Health security policies and applicable laws.
