Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 25 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle registration check, and drug test
• At least 3 years of supervisor security officer experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of all shifts and Security Officers on duty.
• Patrol posts and inspect for compliance with post orders and Walden Security procedures.
• Inform supervisors and management of urgent matters.
• Record daily events in Officers Daily Reports (ODR).
• Assist in on-the-job-training for newly assigned Security Officers.
• Respond to urgent client needs or changes to services.
• Notify authorities of emergencies and post-order violations.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure security.
• Warn violators and expel those engaging in suspicious activity.
