Job summary

Secureone Security Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor (SS) to oversee security operations at the assigned site, inspect officers, and provide training and operational support for the branch.

The role requires 2–3 years of security experience, a valid security license, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage performance and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must possess a valid security license as required in the state for which you are applying.
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive security experience.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Maintain active license at all times while on duty.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the security officers and site operations.
• Provide site support and inspect assigned personnel.
• Evaluate staff performance and coach as needed.
• Develop and implement tools to measure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and cost benefits.
• Suggest updates to policies, procedures, and guidelines for the site/account.
• Coordinate incident response and internal notifications.
• Identify areas for improvement and profitability at the site/account.
• Communicate clearly with management and client operations.
• Maintain professional presence and relationships with clients.
