Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel per site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorization, inspect credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following post orders.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain logs.
