Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Armed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN. You will conduct routine armed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents, while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires at least one year of armed security or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with post orders. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $23 per hour and opportunities for career growth within our nationwide security network.

Qualifications

• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utilities location per policies and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts or emergency services.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols and incidents following post orders.
