Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Driver) in Nashville, TN to protect government facilities through vehicle and foot patrols, visible presence, and professional customer service. The role requires a valid driver's license, at least 2 years in security, and a high school diploma.

You will work a day shift on weekends with a rotating schedule and must pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver's license per policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and authorized personnel at a government location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify hazards or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain records of entries and daily activities.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; assist with site response procedures.
• Communicate professionally with government personnel and Allied Universal leadership following post orders.
