Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong judgment and disciplined leadership preferred.
• Experience supervising security personnel helpful.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to client sites; ensures post orders are followed and reports are filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains Officers and reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions; maintains operational readiness.
• Prepares and submits various reports; inspects posts and outlines tasks for subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, and evaluating staff; makes hiring/termination recommendations.
