The role requires strong analytical and relationship-building skills and a proven track record in underwriting and sales.

Qualifications

• Seven years underwriting and sales experience in commercial lines preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial underwriting, pricing and coverage.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with agencies and clients.
• Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business through select agencies or brokers.
• Drive production, profitability and service objectives through detailed plans.
• Quote, price and underwrite policies and endorsements for complex accounts.
• Monitor risk selection and pricing decisions and coordinate agency relationships.
• Lead agency reviews, develop business proposals and monitor performance.
