Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Real Estate Manager to lead strategic market initiatives across Arizona. You will partner with brokers, finance and asset teams to drive store growth and lifecycle management from site selection to opening and ongoing optimization.

The role requires strong negotiation, travel within the territory, and the ability to manage complex lease processes. A background in retail real estate and a degree in business or finance is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, real estate, or finance preferred.
3+ years in retail real estate required.
1+ years in market planning, site selection & deal negotiation.
Experience managing third-party brokers and counsel.
Strong communication, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Execute a comprehensive and strategic real estate market plan for the assigned territory.
Collaborate with broker teams, analytics and legal to refine market plans.
Coordinate store launches from site ID through opening and lifecycle.
Lead site selection for new stores and relocations with oversight.
Manage local brokers to meet growth targets and standards.
Travel within territory to assess trade areas and market shifts.
Prepare LOIs and site packages for REC presentations.
