Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead strategic market planning and drive new store growth in Florida. You will work with brokers, analytics, construction, facilities, finance and legal to identify sites, negotiate leases, and manage openings from identification to launch.

You will travel frequently, build relationships with developers, present LOIs and site packages, and contribute to a scalable real estate program that supports aggressive growth targets in a dynamic value

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive real estate market plan for assigned territory.
• Collaborate with brokers, analytics, and Sr Real Estate Manager to develop market strategies.
• Coordinate with construction, facilities, finance and asset management to launch stores from site ID to opening.
• Manage site selection and LOI/lease negotiations to support growth targets.
• Present site packages at Real Estate Committee meetings and travel within territory.
