Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Real Estate professional based in Texas to lead market planning and site selection for new store growth. You will coordinate with brokers, analysts, construction, and asset management to ensure timely store launches from site identification through opening and lifecycle management.

The role requires collaboration with legal counsel on lease negotiations, preparing detailed LOIs and presentation materials for REC meetings, and frequent travel within the assigned territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business or real estate/finance preferred.
• 3+ years in retail real estate required.
• Experience with market planning, site selection and deal negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive strategic real estate market plan across assigned territory.
• Collaborate with brokers, analysts, construction, design, facilities, finance and asset management to launch stores.
• Oversee site selection for new locations and repositioning opportunities.
• Manage local brokers and mentor RE Coordinator.
• Prepare LOIs, site packages, and reports for REC meetings.
• Travel within territory to assess trade areas and market trends.
