Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC seeks an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio of RD, HUD, HOME and LIHTC properties across Arizona, including Phoenix, Sedona, and Tucson. The candidate must hold an Arizona Real Estate license and have at least 3 years of portfolio management experience with affordable housing programs.

The role involves budgeting, compliance, staff development, owner relations, and frequent property visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Arizona residency required.
• Active Arizona Real Estate License required.
• Minimum of 3 years of affordable multi-family portfolio management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with HUD, RD, HOME and Tax Credit programs.
• HUD/RD/Senior housing experience preferred.
• Must own or have access to a reliable insured vehicle with valid driver's license.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
• Must be able to speak/read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with Wage and Hour and Employment regulations.
• Conduct ongoing training, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets and annual reports for each property.
• Oversee expenditures per policy and budget.
• Monitor property financial performance and owner needs.
• Analyze monthly financials and owner narratives.
• Monitor insurance, taxes, and mortgage information.
• Develop and monitor maintenance programs and property upkeep.
• Handle resident relations and staff oversight in related matters.
• Manage relationships with owners, agencies, and clients.
• Oversee owner distributions and reserve accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant, employment, and Fair Housing laws.
• Oversee insurance claims, risk management, and legal matters as needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing on rent levels and advertising programs.
• Visit properties regularly and prepare inspection reports.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi.
