Job summary

Guardian seeks an experienced Regional Property Manager for our Arizona portfolio, including RD, HUD, HOME and LIHTC properties across Phoenix, Sedona, and Tucson. Arizona resident with an active AZ Real Estate license and at least 3 years in affordable multi-family portfolio management is required; travel to sites will be frequent.

The role offers a competitive salary and bonus potential, with 40-hour weeks, typically Mon-Fri, plus excellent benefits and a strong focus on regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or higher and related experience.
AZ resident with an active AZ Real Estate license.
Minimum of 3 years managing affordable multi-family portfolios.
Experience with HUD/RD/HOME/Tax Credit programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily management of multiple properties to meet ownership goals.
Develop and monitor property operating budgets and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with government programs and Fair Housing laws.
Coordinate marketing, rent levels, and property improvements with staff.
