Job summary

MEB Affordable Management Services LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee day-to-day property operations and LIHTC/HOME compliance. The role reports to the Regional Manager and emphasizes independence, ownership, and team collaboration.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in multi-family property management and a strong track record in affordable housing programs, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of multi-family property management experience (Required)
• Experience with LIHTC/HOME program knowledge is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property including leasing and maintenance.
• Ensure LIHTC/HOME program compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and control expenses.
• Supervise staff and coordinate vendor contracts.
• Prepare reports including MORs, market surveys, and lease expiration reports.
• Complete move-ins/move-outs and conduct orientations.
• Communicate with residents and handle concerns professionally.
• Maintain resident files per LIHTC and HUD rules.
