Job summary

Olen Living seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor for its Arizona regional team. You will oversee maintenance training, ensure quality across upgrades, supervise vendors, and manage inspections to maintain Olen Living standards across properties.

The role requires HVAC certification, 3+ years of residential maintenance experience, and the ability to coordinate capital improvements and cost-saving initiatives on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-years residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor maintenance staff training across disciplines.
• Supervise Make-Ready and Upgrade processes ensuring quality control.
• Review Property Inspection Reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely resolution with proper history.
• Assist in defining project scope, bids, and contractor supervision.
• Develop purchasing procedures and cost-saving initiatives for on-site work.
• Conduct landscaping inspections and report capital needs for approval.
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance programs and staff follow-up.
• Perform monthly property inspections and address deficiencies.
