RETSY is a technology-forward luxury real estate brokerage headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. We seek a Compliance Broker to lead contract review, adherence to ADRE requirements, and MLS/advertising compliance while supporting day-to-day brokerage operations.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Arizona residential real estate contracts and transaction documentation.
• Thorough understanding of ADRE rules, Arizona real estate laws, and brokerage compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Arizona REALTORS® forms and ARMLS rules.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and address time-sensitive transaction matters.
• Comfortable communicating directly with experienced real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review transaction files and contracts for compliance with ADRE requirements, brokerage policies, and applicable forms.
• Verify signatures, dates, agency documents, disclosures, addenda, and transaction documentation.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and coordinate corrections with agents.
• Monitor outstanding compliance items and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify potential contract issues, compliance violations, and transaction risks; escalate significant matters to the Designated Broker.
• Serve as a resource for RETSY agents regarding contract questions, forms, deadlines, disclosures, and procedures.
• Provide practical guidance to agents on properly preparing and documenting transactions.
• Assist agents in understanding and following RETSY policies and Arizona real estate requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of RETSY listings in ARMLS to identify MLS rule violations.
• Review listing accuracy, required fields, listing status changes, remarks, photographs, and related listing documentation.
• Perform periodic reviews of RETSY agent and team social media accounts for advertising violations.
• Verify compliance with brokerage identification and applicable advertising requirements.
• Communicate corrections to agents, track resolutions, and elevate recurring violations.
• Assist Relocation Coordinator with referral documentation and related admin tasks.
• Support the Designated Broker with compliance reviews, internal investigations, and special projects.
• Help maintain records of compliance reviews, deficiencies, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing agent communications, compliance reminders, and training materials.
• Stay informed of changes to ADRE requirements, ARMLS rules, and applicable advertising standards.
• Identify recurring compliance issues and recommend improvements to brokerage procedures.
