Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking an Illinois-licensed Therapist to support the launch of our behavioral health services in Arizona. This contract position will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities as we expand access to care in the state.

This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role with an estimated 1 hour per week. Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or Psychologist)
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
• Active Illinois Medicaid enrollment preferred
• Illinois state residency required

About Clarity Pediatrics:

Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD. Nearly 10% of people in the US are diagnosed with ADHD, and for parents, it can feel impossible to find the right care. About the Role

This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.
