Job summary

Phoenix Manufacturing in Arizona is seeking a motivated, sales-oriented Sales Development & Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. This onsite role combines outbound prospecting, project research, customer support and day-to-day sales coordination to identify new opportunities and keep deals moving forward.

You will proactively call and research prospects, qualify opportunities, and create warm handoffs to our Sales Representatives while maintaining CRM accuracy and supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective customers.
• Ability to research companies, projects and contacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone and email to identify new customers and opportunities.
• Research companies, projects and accounts to qualify opportunities.
• Identify decisionmakers and create warm handoffs to Sales Representatives.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate introductions.
• Maintain CRM with leads, opportunities and activities.
• Support sales order processing and quotes, and follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-department communication to support customers.
• Prepare materials for sales meetings and events and assist with reporting.
