Job summary

Syndax Pharmaceuticals seeks an Oncology Account Manager for Arizona to drive growth across the territory. You will meet sales targets, engage physicians, advanced practitioners, and hospital stakeholders, and tailor programs to customer needs while representing Syndax's oncology portfolio.

You will collaborate with the Customer Engagement Team, analyze territory performance, develop account plans, deliver branded messages, and navigate payer dynamics to optimize access.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have strong clinical selling skills and oncology/hematology domain understanding.
• Proven ability to sell and influence in a matrix organization.
• Experienced in developing account plans and executing sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Holistically manage territory accounts by building relationships with physicians and allied professionals.
• Understand territory dynamics, payer and reimbursement considerations, and competitive opportunities.
• Analyze performance, create territory plans, deliver branded messages, and achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate product expertise and provide strategic customer education.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and drive business objectives.
• Identify patients and manage treatment access through internal and external partnerships.
• Travel within Arizona to cover accounts and support customers as needed.
