Job summary
Scientific Search is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Arizona based in Phoenix to lead a high-performing regional sales team, accelerate growth in neurology and epilepsy therapies, and partner with healthcare professionals across the state.
You will recruit and coach field teams, manage budgets, forecasts, and strategies, travel about 70% overnight, ensure compliance, and align field execution with brand plans while building an inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Pharmaceutical sales leadership and demonstrated top performance.
- New drug launch experience; neurology/epilepsy background preferred.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~70% overnight.
Responsibilities
- Coach, recruit, train, and develop regional sales professionals.
- Drive revenue growth and regional sales target achievement.
- Align field execution with brand and corporate strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, targeting, and resources.
