Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments within scope of RN license.
• Complete admission assessments and assist with MDS care planning.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions; report changes appropriately.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and EMR records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
