Solari, Inc. is hiring a 211 Program Specialist to respond to community calls, assess needs, and connect callers to resources through virtual case management in Arizona. The role emphasizes documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to agency standards.

The position is part-time with full-time hours during the initial training period, and requires residency in Arizona with a hybrid/office setup in Tempe. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and call-center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in health/human services, public health, or healthcare.
• Call Center experience is highly desirable.
• GED/High School Diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EHR systems, and general computer navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based, confidential information, referral, and advocacy for health and social services.
• Document unmet needs to identify gaps in services for 2-1-1 data reporting.
• Accurately document all customer interactions using web-based software.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive client information.
• Demonstrates understanding of Arizona social services and resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
