Job summary

Hands of Heartland, Inc. in Escondido, CA seeks an experienced Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH) Administrator to oversee operations of an ARF serving adults with IDD and co-occurring mental health needs.

You will ensure trauma-informed, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with DDS, CCL, and Regional Center requirements. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, manage budgets, staff development, incident management, and program quality improvement, coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum two years direct care or supervision to individuals with IDD.
• Experience includes behavioral support services.
• At least six months of direct service in behavioral services.
• Certifications: QBMP, RBT, LPT, or DDS/EBSH standards.
• Required: ARF Administrator Certificate, DDS RSO, DSP training, PCM, CPR/First Aid, Driver's License, auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, management, and operation of an EBSH.
• Lead interdisciplinary team and ensure quality services with trauma-informed care.
• Develop and maintain facility policies, budgets, and administrative systems.
• Facilitate person-centered planning and staff training.
• Manage incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DDS, CCL, and Regional Center.
