Job summary

Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) Analyst/Associate, AREX Client Services, supports the AREX platform by coordinating between financial advisors, investors, product specialists, and the AREX Closing Team. Manages front-end AREX transaction lifecycle and ensures accurate documentation and data integrity.

This role requires reviewing and tracking applications, coordinating KYC/AML documentation, and maintaining records in internal systems while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a client service, operations, or transaction support role, preferably within financial services, real estate, or investment management.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing detailed documentation and workflows.
• Familiarity with trust, LLC, partnership, and corporate entity documentation.
• Working knowledge of real estate transactions, applications, and related documentation.
• Experience with KYC and AML processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate and track offering and marketing materials for financial advisors and their clients.
• Serve as primary contact for financial advisors and clients during the application phase, guiding on required documentation and timelines.
• Review investor and loan applications for completeness and compliance with internal standards.
• Gather and organize trust, LLC, partnership, and corporate documentation for KYC/AML review.
• Enter and maintain investor and transaction data in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Track key dates, deadlines, and milestones throughout the application and pre-closing process.
• Coordinate between AREX Product Specialists, Client Services, loan underwriting, and AREX Closing Team.
