Job summary

The Miami HEAT is seeking Team Attendants to support the Director of Team Operations with locker room cleaning, court maintenance, and equipment organization. Responsibilities include mopping the court, handling laundry, and providing towels and water to players during games.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work well with others under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication with staff and visiting teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced arena environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning the locker room and maintaining cleanliness.
• Mop the basketball court and organize the equipment room.
• Handle laundry tasks including washing and folding towels and uniforms.
• Provide water, towels, and equipment for players during games.
• Assist with bench setups/teardown and with visiting teams as needed.
