Job summary

The Miami HEAT is hiring a Team Attendant to support the Director of Team Operations in venue-wide tasks such as cleaning the locker room, mopping the court, organizing equipment, and handling laundry. The role involves assisting with bench setups and game-day duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, report 3 1/2 hours before game time, communicate well, collaborate with staff, multitask, stay organized, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced arena environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to take direction and work well with staff and players.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain locker rooms and benches.
• Mop the basketball court and assist with equipment organization.
• Wash and fold towels and uniforms; help with laundry tasks.
• Assist with bench setups/teardown and game-day duties.
• Help stock refrigerators and support visiting teams as needed.
