Bridgestone Arena is seeking a part-time Public Safety Officer to secure the building and its equipment and to enforce access throughout the arena. You will maintain order before, during and after events, and work at various posts such as screening with detectors and securing restricted areas, including parking facilities for events.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and obtain TN Unarmed Security Guard license.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly customer service.
• Patrol arena premises and monitor security cameras.
• Respond to incidents and document them clearly.
• Answer questions from staff and the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Public Safety Management.
