Job summary

Levy at United Center seeks a detail-oriented Retail Admin to support the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks venues. On-site role handling internal orders, product transfers, and billing.

You will work closely with retail staff, maintain records in Excel, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced arena environment.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail admin experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and inventory tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations or administrative roles.
• Proficient with Excel, billing systems, and inventory tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill internal orders accurately and timely.
• Coordinate transfer of merchandise between arena retail locations.
• Assist with internal billing and reporting.
• Maintain records of product movement using internal systems.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for Bulls/Blackhawks clients, staff, and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet operational needs.
