Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations or administration.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
• Experience with billing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process internal orders accurately and timely.
• Coordinate and track merchandise transfers between arena locations.
• Assist with invoicing and reporting processes.
• Maintain records of product movement using Excel and internal systems.
• Serve as a friendly, professional contact for Bulls/Blackhawks clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively to ensure operational needs are met around events.
• Support retail leadership with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Work on-site throughout the arena in retail spaces and offices.
