Compass Group USA's Levy is hiring energetic Team Store Associates for the Fan Shop at United Center in Chicago. Provide outstanding service, greet guests, and keep the store inviting.

Learn product placement, RFID tech (training provided), and work with supervisors and teammates to deliver memorable guest experiences. This is a part-time opportunity in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests in the team store.
• Greet and acknowledge every customer, even during peak times.
• Assist guests with product questions and ensure they feel welcome.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of product placement and store vendors.
• Engage with guests in a positive and energetic manner to enhance their shopping experience.
• Proactively check inventory and communicate with managers when sizes or styles are unavailable.
• Learn and utilize RFID technology (training provided).
• Work effectively with supervisors, managers, and fellow team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The United Center is the largest arena in the United States, located on the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. It is home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and the Chicago Bulls (NBA), and hosts a wide variety of concerts and special events throughout the year. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Store Associates to join our team in the Fan Shop Store and contribute to an exceptional guest experience at one of the most iconic venues in sports and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests in the team store
