Job summary

Paycom Center is seeking a part-time Arena Operations Staff member to support daily operations, maintenance, preparation, and readiness of the facility. The role involves assisting with inspections, event preparation, equipment movement, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a safe, clean, and event-ready environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while also contributing to a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily arena operations and facility readiness.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Prepare facility for events and activities.
• Move and organize equipment and assets for events.
• Assist with event setup, seating, staging, and floor protection.
• Maintain organized storage areas and inventory of operations equipment.
